Child and Family Connections
Child and Family Connections (CFC) promotes a safe living environment, permanency, and sense of stability for Palm Beach County (FL) children and families. CFC is a nonprofit organization and the area’s lead agency for community-based care, charged with the management, coordination, and oversight of foster care and related services.
Deliverables include execution of an annual contract to provide domestic violence case management, counseling and therapy, education, and support groups.
